The Anti-Racism Pledge Accreditation Framework provides a structured approach to evaluating institutional progress in anti-racism. It ensures accountability, continuous improvement and recognition for organisations committed to fostering racial equity.

Level 3:
Anti-Racism Office, curriculum integration, inclusive recruitment, mandatory training & annual reports.
Level 2:
Steering committee, faculty training, policy reform, student initiatives and climate survey.
Level 1:
Anti-Racism Institutional Pledge, training and public Anti-Racism Commitment statement
The Accreditation Process
Organisations that make the Anti-Racism Pledge follow a structured five-step framework:
STEP 1: Commitment
Leadership endorses anti-racism principles and action plans.
STEP 2: Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation of current policies, practices and culture.
STEP 3: Training
Anti-racism education for all staff.
STEP 4: Policy & Practice Updates
Strengthening policies to eliminate racial bias and discrimination.
STEP 5: Accountability & Community Impact
Ongoing progress reviews, transparent reporting, and meaningful community engagement.
Upon successful completion, organisations will be certified as Anti-Racism Pledge accredited and featured on our website as leaders in racial equity.
